there's not a lot to tell i am fit enough to
do most things like running, sprinting, and some stretching. But i did like to
ride my bike before i could not ride it anymore and had to get a new chain and
then the derailleur went on the bike and i can’t ride it no more and now it
sits over at my brother's house in his shed also with my bmx bike too that i
got from a friend who used to live in new west before he moved to Edmonton to
live with his mom. I used to have to walk 4 km home once when i lived in surrey
when i was attending north surrey secondary school and i lived about 6 or 7
blocks away from the school. From time to time i miss riding my bike even though
it need a lot of work i can still ride it if i have to so i am thinking of
getting to from my brother's place so i can get my legs stronger and used to
running again so i can get back in to shape and get my cardio back on track and
get my leg strength back like when rode my bike when i was 16.
